How do I open the billing portal?

Sign in to Competely, open the Billing & Plan page, and select Manage Your Billing. A loading screen redirects you to Stripe, where the billing portal opens.

In the portal you can:

• Update or replace the card on file
• Download past invoices
• See your next payment date and invoice history
• Update the billing email Stripe uses for receipts

For changing plans (upgrade or downgrade) and for cancelling, those start inside Competely's own settings rather than the portal. See how do I change my plan? and how do I cancel my subscription?.

If you got a "Your customer portal login link" email from Stripe, it was likely triggered by clicking "Manage your subscription" in a Stripe receipt email. That link opens the same portal without signing in to Competely first. It's single-use.
