Can I export/download the results?

With the Startup and Agency plans, you can download your analysis as a CSV file, which you can open with Google Spreadsheets or Excel. Additionally, you can save the analysis into a PDF file.

What sources are used to generate the competitive analysis?

Competely uses data sourced from competitor websites, and in addition it utilizes GPT, a sophisticated AI model trained on a millions of websites, to ensure up-to-date and comprehensive analyses.

How much does it cost?

Can we jump on a call to get a demo or learn more?

As a small indie business, we unfortunately don't have the resources to conduct individual calls with customers at this time. Competely is designed to be completely self-service. However, we encourage you to explore our sample analyses to get a view of Competely's competitive analysis capabilities across various industries.

I signed up, how do I access the platform?

Once you've signed up and completed the purchase, you can start running competitive analyses by going to your dashboard.

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

To log in, please visit the Log In Page.
If you signed up with Google, simply click the "Sign in with Google" button.
If you used email to sign up, please enter your email address (e.g., your.email@gmail.com) in the provided field. You'll then receive a login link via email.
Note: If you signed up with email, trying to log in with Google will not work and result in an error.

How can I access all my invoices?

Every month, you'll receive an email receipt from Stripe, our payment processor. This email contains links to download a PDF copy of your receipt and invoice. In addition, you can view and download all your invoices by logging into the billing portal with the same email you signed up with.

How can I change the details on my invoices?

You can update the details on your invoices by logging into the Stripe billing portal with the same email you signed up with. After logging in, go to the "Billing Information" section and click "Update Information". Any changes you make will be applied to future invoices. Stripe does not update past invoices once they have been issued and finalized.

How do I change my plan or cancel my subscription?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into the billing portal with the same email you signed up with.
