How do I update my payment method?
Go to your billing settings, open the billing portal, and update your payment method there.
- Sign in to Competely and open the Billing & Plan page.
- Select Manage Your Billing. A loading screen redirects you to Stripe, where the billing portal opens.
- In the portal, update your card (or add a new one) under payment methods, and set it as the default.
- Close the portal tab to return to Competely. The new card is in effect for the next charge.
If your last payment failed and you saw a "Your payment is past due" message, Stripe will use your new card on the next automatic retry. Access returns once that charge succeeds.
