Do I need a bigger plan?
If you're hitting one of the following limits, you may need a bigger plan:
- Hitting your active project limit. Your plan caps how many projects you can have at once. If you keep wanting more and can't pick which to drop, a bigger plan probably makes sense.
- Running out of analyses inside a project. Each project gets a fixed number on a rolling 30-day window. If you regularly want more analysis runs than your plan allows, a higher plan gives you more.
- Wanting briefs more often. The Starter plan sends a Competitive Brief every 2 weeks. Higher plans send weekly.
- Sharing with more recipients than your plan allows. Higher plans let you send briefs to more recipients.
- Adding teammates. Starter and Pro plans are single-user. The Scale plan adds shared projects and multiple editor seats.
If you're at the active-project limit occasionally, you can also:
- Delete an old or unused project to free up room. Note there's a yearly cap on new project creations too, so you can't delete-and-create freely. See how do I delete a project?.
- Consolidate similar projects, for example by merging projects that track related competitors.
