How many projects can I have?
A project tracks one product against the competitors you choose, with its own analysis and ongoing monitoring. Your plan gives you a fixed number of active projects, shown in the table below.
How the limits work:
- Active projects stay until you delete them. To add a new project once you've hit the limit, delete an old one first. This works like Ahrefs or SEMrush project limits.
- New projects also have a yearly cap. Every paid plan allows a set number of new projects within a rolling 12-month window. Deleting a project makes room for a new active one right away, but the original creation still counts toward your yearly total. See how do I delete a project?.
- Edit freely, within fair use. Swap competitors or update the product description anytime. Replacing both the product and the full competitor list counts as creating a new project.
Limits inside each project:
- Competitors per project. Each plan caps how many competitors a single project can track, shown in the table.
- Analysis runs. You get a fixed number per project on a rolling 30-day window, depending on your plan. This covers your first analysis (which runs automatically) and any re-runs you trigger. Failed runs are free. See how many analyses can I run per month?.
- Competitive Brief cadence. Monitoring sends briefs on a schedule that depends on your plan.
