Can I change my login email?

The account email (used for signing in) can't be changed after the account is created.

If you need a different login email, you have two options:

  1. Auto-forwarding: set up email forwarding from your account email to your preferred address (Gmail and Outlook both support this). You still sign in with the original email, but the sign-in link arrives wherever you want.
  2. Move to a new account: cancel your current subscription, sign up again with the email you want, and start fresh. This is a clean break, not a migration: your existing projects, analyses, Monitoring schedules, billing history, and any team membership stay on the old account and do not move to the new one. Use this only if a fresh start is fine.
