I'm not getting the sign-in email
If you chose email sign-in, Competely sends a one-time link to your inbox. When it doesn't arrive, it's almost always in a spam, Updates, or Promotions folder, or sent to a different email than you expect.
Try these in order:
- Wait a minute, then search your inbox for Sign in to Competely.
- Check your Spam, Updates, and Promotions folders, and any filters that might move the message.
- Make sure you entered the same email you signed up with. A typo or a different address won't match your account.
- If you signed up with Google, use Sign in with Google instead. The email link only works for email sign-up. See why your sign-in might not find your account.
If the link still doesn't arrive after that, contact us with the email address on your account and we'll help you get back in.
