Who can see team projects?
Each project has its own sharing settings that control whether your team can see and edit it. By default, projects are shared with your team, but you control this per project.
When you join a team, the join page shows each of your existing projects and its current sharing setting. You can click any project to adjust before confirming, including setting it to no team access if you want to keep it private.
- Your projects stay under your account. You're still the creator.
- Team members can view, edit, and run analyses on projects shared with them.
- Sharing settings can be changed any time from a project's Sharing Settings.
For sharing read-only access with someone outside your team (a client, an exec), use a public link instead. See sharing a link vs. adding a teammate.
