Who can see my projects?
By default, a project is visible only to you. Nothing is public unless you turn it on.
There are two ways someone else can see a project:
- Team members (Scale plan): if you are on Scale and have added teammates, they can view and edit the projects you share with them. When you join a team, your existing projects default to shared, but you can adjust each project's settings on the join page before confirming.
- Public link: in a project's Sharing Settings, set Anyone with the link to View to generate a read-only link you can share with clients or colleagues. It defaults to No Access.
There's no public directory and projects aren't discoverable. A shared analysis is only reachable by someone who has the link you enabled.
To stop a shared link from working, open Sharing Settings and set Anyone with the link to No Access.
