How teams work

Team collaboration is available on the Scale plan (the Starter and Pro plans are single-user). It lets several people in your company share one Competely workspace: instead of separate accounts with duplicate projects, everyone signs in with their own email and works on the same team projects.

What working as a team gives you:

• Shared projects everyone can contribute to: add or remove competitors, run analyses, and change Monitoring.
• One bill and one set of higher limits, instead of paying for separate individual accounts.
• The most projects, competitors, and reach of any plan. Scale has the highest capacity whether or not you use the team seats.

How to start:

• New to Competely: choose the Scale plan on the Choose Your Plan page.
• Already a customer: open the Billing & Plan page, select Change Plan, and choose Scale. You become the team owner, and the Your Team page appears where you can invite people.

How access works:

• One owner. The person who upgraded. Only the owner can change the plan or billing.
• Team members. Everyone else, each signed in with their own email (Google or sign-in email).
• Shared projects. Members can add or remove competitors, run analyses, and change Monitoring on projects shared with the team. Each project's sharing is set by its owner and can be changed any time.
