Can I send briefs to Slack?

Yes. You can deliver Competitive Briefs to a Slack channel using Slack's built-in channel email feature. No integration to install.

To send briefs straight into a channel (requires a paid Slack plan):

1. In Slack, open the channel where you want briefs to appear.
2. Select the channel name, then Integrations, then Send emails to this channel.
3. Copy the channel email address Slack gives you.
4. In Competely, open the project and go to step 4 Monitoring. Add the Slack address as a brief recipient.
5. Your next brief will post in the channel automatically.

If you'd rather review briefs before they go to a channel:

1. In Slack, open your profile picture, then Preferences, then Messages & media.
2. Scroll to Bring emails into Slack and select Get a Forwarding Address.
3. Add that address as a brief recipient in Competely.
4. Briefs arrive in your Slackbot DM. Forward the ones you want to a channel.

If a brief looks faded inside Slack's dark mode, use the email's overflow menu and Open in new tab to read it in full contrast.
