How do I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription for a few months instead of cancelling. The pause option appears as one of the alternatives on the cancellation page.
To pause:
- Open the Billing & Plan page.
- Select Cancel Subscription to open the cancellation page.
- On the first step, pick a reason for leaving and add a short note. Select Continue.
- On the next step, you'll see a list of alternatives. One of them is to pause your subscription for a set number of months. Choose it and confirm.
During the pause:
- No charges until the pause ends.
- Your projects and settings are stored safely. You won't run new analyses and Monitoring stops sending Competitive Briefs while paused.
- Billing and access automatically resume on the date shown when you confirmed the pause.
You can resume earlier or cancel from your billing settings at any time before the pause ends.
