Team roles and seats

Teams are part of the Scale plan, which includes seats so several people can share one workspace. Everyone you invite gets their own sign-in and can work on the team's projects directly.

How access works:

  • Every team member (including the owner) can create projects, add or remove competitors, run analyses, and change Monitoring settings.
  • Projects created on the team are shared with the team by default. Personal projects you owned before joining also default to shared, but you can review and adjust each project's sharing on the join page before confirming.
  • The owner is the only person who can change the plan or billing.

If you need to keep an analysis read-only for someone outside your team (a client, an exec, a stakeholder), share the project's public link instead of giving them a seat. See sharing a link vs. adding a teammate.

Seats and pricing live on the Scale plan; see how teams work and pricing and plans. As teams grow, we may add more granular roles (read-only seats, project-level permissions). If that's relevant for you, let us know so we can factor in real use cases.
