Do you have SOC 2 or ISO certification?

No. Competely is a small self-serve SaaS, so we don't have SOC 2, ISO certification, or a process for vendor security reviews or custom enterprise contracts. If your security team requires those, Competely likely isn't the right fit.

Specifically, we don't offer:

• ISO or SOC 2 certifications
• Completion of vendor security questionnaires
• Custom enterprise contracts or DPAs
• Custom invoices (Stripe handles all receipts and invoices)
• Phone support or dedicated onboarding
