How do I delete my account?

If you have an active subscription, cancel it first. See how do I cancel my subscription?. Cancelling stops the recurring charge, keeps your data available for the rest of your billing period, and is enough for most people.

If after that you also want your account and data fully deleted, contact us with your account email and we'll handle the deletion. We don't self-serve this so that any in-flight billing or shared projects can be closed cleanly.
